The brief:

To prepare leadership communications for
a group-wide project.
This fast growing German telecommunications business wanted to generate a powerful, united team spirit, operate more effectively and instil a responsibility for innovative thinking, nationwide, which would improve sales performance.

The solution provided was an experience which captured the imagination of everyone in the company in order to help them think outside of their own individual roles. It was structured to guide everyone through experiencing the key issues, rather than being told about them, then toward identifying solutions themselves.

Together they
a)  understood the total business operation so they could identify areas
      for operational improvement,
b)  experienced a fun but challenging sales environment where they identified
      innovative ways of offering total sales solutions to their customers and
c)  were tangibly energised, united and invigorated as a nationwide team.
